“I am experiencing an unprofessional and unreasonable experience with this insurance company. No response over more than a month and all telephone lines are not working as well no one is bothered to respond to emails. A simple message saying they are facing technical fault and that too in a technologically advanced country for many weeks at stretch. Beware before you get any policy from this company”
