“I am absolutely appalled by the service I have received from GoGirl. I received an email last week to tell me that my car insurance would be cancelled within 7 days (even though the terms and conditions state they will give you 14 days notice) as the car was dual insured. When I took out the insurance they said that dual insurance would not be an issue, and only decided that it was a problem when I was already a month into my insurance policy. Due to a family death I was unable to resolve the issue immediately, but did email them within the time frame and received no response. My insurance was then cancelled, despite them having already taken money out of my account for this month, and when I asked for a refund of that money was told there was 'nothing we can do' by a very rude advisor. I have now paid £135 to be insured on a car for 1 month and 5 days, which as a student I absolutely cannot afford. I am disgusted in the way it has been dealt with and the lack of empathy from GoGirl under the circumstances. The two members of staff that I spoke to were both incredibly rude and didn't even listen to what I was trying to say, instead talking across me and repeating 'there's nothing we can do'. I will never ever use their insurance again and would never recommend their services to anyone.”

“My daughter got in touch to let them know she was now working full time and was no longer a student. Thought there might be an admin charge of 20 quid or something. Very shocked to get an email back ( with spelling mistakes all through) saying there was an increase in her premium if she changed her occupation and it would cost her an extra £325!!!!
Needless to say she will no longer be renewing with them!
