“My daughter got in touch to let them know she was now working full time and was no longer a student. Thought there might be an admin charge of 20 quid or something. Very shocked to get an email back ( with spelling mistakes all through) saying there was an increase in her premium if she changed her occupation and it would cost her an extra £325!!!! Needless to say she will no longer be renewing with them! Well done go girl, you just lost a customer.”
