“Competitive prices , but when I made a mistake online they wanted to charged £63 plus £25 admin then £40 plus to put another driver on and add missing sp40 details . It was only after 2 hrs and paying £63 I pointed out that if I cancelled the policy for £45 and re-entered it online I would save over £100 ! No apology given just 2.5hrs of my life gone..... REMEMBER DO IT ONLINE AND CHECK IT TWICE!”

“Cheap insurance but disastrous service. Attempted to make a change to the policy which proved to be too complex for the team. They ended up cancelling all aspects of the policy, without a refund, leaving me uninsured at less than seven working days notice.”

“Yes, they are the cheapest insurance but an absolute joke. If you have an accident don't expect them to advise or defend you. I and a 3rd party accidentally collided in a car park. The 3rd party had no valid MOT, he waited 3 months after to make a claim. My insurance never informed me of the claim made against me until my years no claims, and when I informed the advisor 'he hadn't a valid MOT (even took a screenshot for prove). I was led to believe insurance, therefore, is invalid, however, no-one followed this up, and I was advised to take the responsibility.”

“I am absolutely appalled by the service I have received from GoGirl. I received an email last week to tell me that my car insurance would be cancelled within 7 days (even though the terms and conditions state they will give you 14 days notice) as the car was dual insured. When I took out the insurance they said that dual insurance would not be an issue, and only decided that it was a problem when I was already a month into my insurance policy. Due to a family death I was unable to resolve the issue immediately, but did email them within the time frame and received no response. My insurance was then cancelled, despite them having already taken money out of my account for this month, and when I asked for a refund of that money was told there was 'nothing we can do' by a very rude advisor. I have now paid £135 to be insured on a car for 1 month and 5 days, which as a student I absolutely cannot afford. I am disgusted in the way it has been dealt with and the lack of empathy from GoGirl under the circumstances. The two members of staff that I spoke to were both incredibly rude and didn't even listen to what I was trying to say, instead talking across me and repeating 'there's nothing we can do'. I will never ever use their insurance again and would never recommend their services to anyone.”
