“good and the customer service team is very helpful and assisted me with all my questions. however, the black box technology is constantly rating my “usage” score low which is negatively impacting my overall score even though my speed and smoothness is great.”

These are time of day, journey volume & journey duration. The reason we do this is Carrots aim is to make the roads a safer place and give tips on how you can do this. “I spoke with a member of staff on live chat who sorted my problems straight away and was more than helpful and sorted my problem in about 10 minutes which was perfect as I was just at work.”

“Really friendly customer service when requesting my renewal quote and changing the address of the quote. Easy and simple. Much easier than I imagined with it all being automated and no phone calls.”

“I had to switch to carrot because i had a car accident last year unfortunately so this meant i had to opt for black box insurance however since having carrot insurance i can 100% say ill be staying with reward blackbox schemes like this one. Great”
