They are easy to talk to and try to help as much as possible. Good service. The only thing that I’d say is if you drive someone else’s car and need a black box then it records all journeys made in the car. This isn’t great for me because I drive my mums car which means all her journeys are recorded and scored too which uses my miles more.

Admin fees are so expensive and so is my insurance with a BLACKBOX. My scores don’t seem to be accurate and change drastically all the time. Took a while to get my BLACKBOX in as communication was poor

Good customer service but with the black box I go the same place at the same time each day and some times I can get a low score for using the car at that time and other days it will be a 10

Overall good blackbox insurance, however price is too much for me personally. Also the scoring system for journeys with the blackbox is quite unfair as I leave for work early in the morning and I get a low score just because of the timing of my job.

Hi, I feel the live chat is super easy to get on and the reply’s are very quick. But on two occasions I’ve been logged out too soon and had to start again. Maybe if you could adjust the settings so you are put on to the recent person who was just helping you :)

I never really had a problem with them at all to be honest. Only thing I can say is the customer service answering the phone was a long wait I’m not surprised it’s gone digital. Sometimes my wingman wouldn’t connect.. but apart from that there ok. The weekly treats was great

Customer service is great once you manage to get through to someone on the online chat and price has always been great as both years iv used carrot they have been the best on price. Delivery, returns as refunds I have never had to use so couldn’t comment on them.

Carrot is a good well priced insurance provider. The app needs some work as sometimes the tracking seems very off. However, overall it’s a good first insurance for drivers to have.

need to change your usage score for people who need to do thing more often they will lose score for nothing even if the other scores are 10

We use statistics to understand what factors may cause a higher risk for an accident.
