“Great customer service, great value rental for a minibus. The vehicle was in good condition and lovely and clean. Reception was welcoming and paperwork and verification on picking up vehicle was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Communication was excellent too. I will definitely be using again and recommending to friends.”

“Excellent small business. Took no more than 10 minutes to get the keys and be off. The staff were friendly and courteous throughout. I rented vans twice from them and had no problems, they were both spotlessly clean too! Will definitely use again.”

“From start to finish this was a brilliant company to deal with. The guy (Raz) who gave our vehicle and collected it was very professional and really listened to us. He did not try and sell extras but did offer (which we actually bought as it was a good deal). They gave me an upgrade and I can honestly recommend this company 100%.”

“I used to rent from the big companies but I've decided to try this local business and I didn't regret at all. Very friendly and polite staff, easy collection and return even out of opening hours, not pushy for extras insurances, I can just confirm the previous good reviews they had !”

“Customer service was amazing. Helpful, kind, answered all questions. Price was excellent very competitive. Car was delivered to LHR exactly as said on phone and used what's app to maintain great contact, even gave me description of person I was looking for to take me to car. Detailed inspection of car with me on arrival and invoiced immediately with photos so nothing hidden, very honest. Very polite and understanding even though I missed the services in my rush to get to LHR and hadn't filled tank to full, no hidden charges, only what was required to fill tank on return. Highly recommend everyone thinking of coming to UK to use Gatwick Car and Van rental Will definitely use them again.”

“Having arrived at Gatwick airport during a train strike so transportation was a huge issue I was released to find a rental company that was so helpful and responsive. Definitely would recommend the company to anyone wanting to rent a nice car in the Gatwick area.”
