“Quick delivery and easier-than-expected to put together - max an hour and a half (some help from my 9 year old son, but easily doable solo). If it was going to be exposed to harsh wind and rain, I'd want to play around with the straps to make more taut, but in a sheltered corner of the garden it should be fine.”

“Delivery received faster than estimated 13-16 weeks. One pane of glass was unfortunately broken, but one call to customer service providing photo and replacement glass was received within two working days. Lovely product but assembly very fiddly, incorrect numbering on some parts and you tube video not really that helpful.”
