“We bought a 145 gallon raised pond. It arrived on time and was straightforward to put together. The liner is well made, although is a little difficult to keep on one or two of the retaining points, particularly when full of water. Overall we are pretty pleased with the pond and customer service was good. We would be happy to buy from them again.”

“Managed to put my 8 by 8 greenhouse up myself. The Instructions should have been clearer. The glazing stated as being 4mm was 6mm and the strips to join them were too small. I was informed the panels have always been 6mm. The kit for auto roof opener was not straight forward and I had to re-drill some holes. The panels that had been cut had swarf trapped inside.I am pleased with the Greenhouse and it feels solid.”

“This was tricky to fit and needed two of us to do it, and adjustment took time. However, now that it is in place the greenhouse window opener works brilliantly.”

“Good service, fairly quick delivery. The delivery chap was extremely helpful and took the shed through to where I was going to build it. The shed was typical flat pack and, as such, I had to raid my screw collection to complete the build, not enough in the packet. Good solid shed once built though, quite happy with the result.”

“Item is strong and looks good. Also good price, quick and efficient delivery. I gave 4 stars, not 5 because of one negative. The item I bought was a log store. The pallet it came on was made of treated wood, which Garden Site told me is no use for burning in a stove. I have no use for this and will have to take it to the tip. I would have thought it logical, when selling a wood store to supply it on a pallet which can be burnt. This is what my log supplier did. Why can't Garden Site?”

“I ordered a statue (Sophia). Very pleased with quality of item, and delivery team crated the item thoroughly to ensure no damage. Delivery was delayed for some reason, however the response from the ladies in the office was polite and efficient and I was kept informed of situation. This is my second purchase and would use firm again.”

“From GardenSite I bought an Elite greenhouse shelving kit ( Diamond 19 5 slats ). The product arrived flat packed and in good time. Everything I need is in the pack including instructions.”
