“Our Very competent joiner spent three and a half hours building this. He said the instructions are an absolute nightmare and the quality isn't great for the money. It shakes a lot so we have had to secure it to the house. I paid £195 for this and am extremely disappointed.”

“Ordered a green house nearly three weeks ago told it would come in three weeks not heard when it will be delivered yet so cannot coment on the product no very happy”

“Order table it had a shapped screws on inside of table so have to email to see what they will do very disappointed in this services as most business to call tell them what wrong they collection it and replace it with a new one no question asks , this is like you don't trust the customer and what they tell you”

“1) The rubber/plastic seal for the glazing had twists in it caused by the handling and rolling up, it should have been on a spool so it could be unrolled straight and without twists, it slowed down the fitting by quite a time period as well as being very annoying, of the 64m i don't think i had half a metre that went on as it should. 2) I couldn't get the glass out of the pallet it was in, on removing the removable batons all the glass packs wanted to fall out. 3) I didn't get a list of what was in each pack of glass and it was in the rain so i had to mark the packs with a number and make a list of what was in each as the little sticky on the packs was falling off. 4) There is 2 x 15mm screws fitted into the rear gable instead of 10mm and never found out what they are for, they only showed on 1 set of instructions. 5) The delivered instructions and the online instructions are both needed as one has pictures which can be hard t see and the other has drawings which are easier, the items in each are marked different as one uses the alphabet and the other numerals, confusing. 6) I am happy with the greenhouse now it is errected, but a pain when you are erecting it on your own.”
