“Ordered nematodes for slugs needed desperately. Garden Naturally is the place to go. Will not include a photo of dead bodies. Royal Mail let down the delivery on a time sensitive product.”

“Product arrived very quickly; it took a little while to sort out an efficient measuring using 2 watering cans and a measuring jug but once sorted and mixed it was easy to apply to lawn. Due to lots of rain, it’s difficult to see the effects but so far it all seems ok; will know more when it stops raining.”

“Delivery was nearly a week, no instructions supplied and the website didn’t have instructions - just saying to follow the instructions supplied with the product. A web search found instructions on other supplier websites, so I was able to apply these Nematodes.”

“I have purchased items in the past and been very pleased. On this occasion the hoops I ordered were broken when delivered. However a phone call was dealt with quickly and the new hoops delivered intact within 2 days. Excellent service, thank you.”

“I'm pleased with the products which arrived safely, but I was confused with the website. I ordered some plastic hoops and butterfly netting and found trying to order the size and number unclear. Also, as a comparatively new gardener it would have been helpful if you could have added the approximate height that some veg plants grow, purple sprouting broccoli for instance. I realise that I should have ordered more of everything.”

“The sets and bulbs that I have bought are good quality and a fair price and often difficult to source. My only criticism (hence 4 stars) is that this year my shallot order was forgotten and took a cou;le of prompts for it to be delivered late. I'm sure it was a genuine oversight and intend to order again this autumn.”
