“It all arrive in good state with advice on usage. Arrived a bit later than I expected due to a bank holiday Monday. All is good, though i should have read the advice on the website regarding the size of net to order, before I ordered it. That will be another order.”

“I cannot fault the service & delivery of Nematodes and applicator, however the applicator fitting to my hose adaptor was a bit fiddly; worse either snails are getting clever and avoiding soil by approach via sticks, or there are resistant snails. My 3rd lot of fairly tall bean seedlings is reducing daily barely 3 leaves left now & I have removed snails each day- some affected but others looking good still! Any suggestions welcome, last year no problems with beans!”

“I had to progress- chase my order as it contained a mothtrap which needed to in place. The girl I spoke to found out that a delay with another item was causing the problem. She efficiently resolved the issue and arranged for dispatch that day. Happy customer.”

“A good range of products within their category, all realistically priced. Sometimes I feel more information could be given about exactly what various products are available and would fit together, e.g. suitability of the different mesh products for various situations, I realise there are very many different scenarios. My main critisism is the cost of "delivery" compared to many other companies, I think £6.95 for delivering a very lightweight order of plastic rods and clips was excessive.”

“We have now made three purchases from gardening-naturally and we are very pleased with the products and service. Our only complaint, and this is why only 4 stars, is that we have not recieved one single email to confirm our order despite setting up and account with them. We would, and have, recommend them to our friends and neighbours.”
