“I found the website a bit difficult to navigate and could not get it to accept multiple deliveries so i could only order one pack of nematocides. Goods arrived as expected. I have applied the slug nematocides and wipe put the ones for fruit and veg on shortly. I will tell you in a few weeks whwther the slugs come or not!”

“I usually buy the slug nematodes every year from GN. They seem to work quite well for a while. I probably should use them again, later in the season, but there always seems something else more pressing to do. The only thing I think GN could add to the instructions is just a sentence on whether or not you can use them straight from the fridge, or if they should be used at room temperature.”

“I bought some 16mm aluminium (to be precise, 15.8 mm or 5/8 inch diameter ) tubing from Gardening Naturally to replace the rusted steel tubing on some shelving. Very quick delivery and helpful customer service when I phoned up after discovering that I needed 16mm and not the 13mm I had ordered. The delivery included a brochure with lots of useful garden equipment, which although not cheap has a reasonable postage cost if you buy multiple items. I have now ordered some butterfly netting, pheromone moth traps and grease bands to hopefully protect my fruit against insects!”

“Only use the slug nematodes, Nemaslug 40, for slug control. Has been effective in past years in reducing numbers. Too soon to tell if will be equally effective this year.”
