“This is the third year I have used the slug nematodes and they always come on time, well packaged with clear instructions. I also feel they WORK as I do not get as many slugs on the flower beds and other garden areas.”

“Always delivered on time and as ordered. This time I ordered slug nematodes which are, as ever, in good condition and with accurate instructions. The insect mesh I ordered by the meter and it is good quality however, the ends where it has been cut from a roll are not sealed and hence the net begins to unravel. Overall though very satisfied with the service.”

“Very nice to deal with - had to phone them as didn't receive any notifications after apart from details of the order & it had been 2 weeks since order placed. Guy I spoke to was very helpful & checked the details, one item hadn't arrived in stock, offered to send everything else in my order, I was happy to wait another week for everything to arrive but they emailed to say the last item had arrived & they would send out immediately. Very good customer service.”
