“Usually very good. Cannot recall seeing a notification of the delays in delivery for naematodes but this was made on the revised date.”

“I have dealt with Gardening-Naturally in the past and have always had great service from them. This time I ordered Nemaslug and as in the past I received in an exceptional timescale. Well packaged with clear instructions. I had no need to make contact with Gardening-Naturally. I would definitely buy from Gardening-Naturally and recommend them in the future.”

“I always use gardening naturally now. In the past I tried other companies but there was always an issue or problem. Gardening naturally get everything right first time. Great product, smooth transactions delivered on time. Thank you.”

“For some reason our begonias in 6 hanging baskets and plants in a variety of 8 tubs on our patio were prone to attack by vine weevil. The nematodes seem to work and we have not lost any over the past few years after a disastrous start to life in Shropshire! One packet is actually far too much but we use it elsewhere and the price is not exorbitant anyway.”

“Good service. The product I ordered was delayed coming into stock so they sent an alternative which was just as good, better in fact, so I didn't have to keep waiting. Very pleased, thank you.”

“The butterfly netting is now in place and looks great. I cannot review its performance yet as there are no butterflies about in the garden, and damage would occur after they had laid their eggs, so that will be a little time yet.”

“The products I ordered were fine and delivered promptly. However, my contact details were stolen when their systems were hacked and attempts made to use my card fraudulently. I suggest that instead of wasting money paying your company to ask whether I had an orgasmic experience receiving a few mundane gardening products, they spend the money instead on protecting their systems.”

“I ordered nematodes, which were delivered at the correct stage in the season. I had a query about my card payment and received a very prompt & helpful response, which clarified my query. Trustworthy company.”
