“It was really effective! Have used in my garden and drastically reduced the number of slugs and snails and my plants were saved from eating by them!”

“Everything was very straight forward. The only downside is the cost, but the poles are very good good quality, so hopefully, they will last quite a few years.”

“Had quality products I could not find locally and order arrived quickly. I am pleased with both of my purchases-environmesh and hanging basket pulley. No need to get steps out to water hanging baskets and pesky bugs cannot eat my veg.”

“Orders are always delivered promptly. I like the way you can select the delivery date for nematodes. I have used nematodes for several years now to combat snails and vine weevils and am very pleased with the success.”

“I bought two of the black hoop and netting kits to go over my raised beds. I bought the 1.8m long kit which I knew would be too large for my 1.2m beds, so I just sawed off 30cm from each of the lengthways poles then assembled as normal following the instructions provided. The poles are very sturdy and now fit perfectly into my beds. Could have done with about double the amount of clips and pegs though (only got 4 of each per kit which I can tell won’t be enough once it gets windy)”

Hi, I am sorry to hear that you've not received your order yet. The tracking shows that the order is delayed with DHL. We are arranging for the missing parcel to be resent whilst we take this up with DHL. Kind regards,

“Effortless & easy strawberry net system, from ordering to putting it up in the garden. Would recommend”

“My order arrived promptly and I like the hoops, netting and clips that I purchased and they were easy to set up. Quality seems to be good, time will tell how they wear. (Only a minor issue, but it was a little annoying that when I tried to order enough things to get free postage I ended up still getting a charge due to location (Highlands), so I ended up removing some items from my shopping basket to keep costs down. I'd rather have more things than pay expensive delivery charges.)”

“Amazing customer service, I ordered Nematodes for slugs, but the royal mail was really late delivering them, so I emailed customer service, and immediately i got an email back saying that the nematodes would be dead by now and they sent a replacement straight away, it arrived the next day. I would recommend buy from them”

“Good speedy delivery but product is not good. I purchased the rabbit deterrent spray to stop them nibbling flowers at the cemetery but after soaking the flowers with the spray the rabbits ate the flowers the next day.”

“Ordered a vegetable cage & bean supports which arrived speedily. Easy to erect but does require 2 people for the veg cage.”

“I like Gardening Naturally because they have organic products and lots of good ideas. I have just bought some bags of Strulch which is new for me, but I'm hoping it will deter slugs and snails which are a huge problem in my garden. It was a very good price, delivery was fast and exactly as promised - so far I'm delighted. The Strulch is a lovely, clean-smelling mulch, very easy to apply. Fingers crossed!!”
