“I did not find the anti-bird netting I was looking for very easily and almost bought some other nettting that did not allow bees through to pollinate.”

“I like to buy organic products from here but the last delivery was a problem! The box of slug repellent was damaged & a lot of pellets fell out into the delivery bag! It's the first time this has happened but I'll not risk getting them delivered if plastic bags are being used.”

“Fruit cage kit looks substantial (not erected yet) all components as described on the website. The packing does need improvement as the box with poles had split at one end. Fortunately due to the robust product the was no noticeable damage however components could have been lost in transit.”

“Always found your products of a good quality and reasonably priced. Unfortunately, on this occasion the long poles to the vegetable cage were bent in transit which was disappointing. However, we have managed to straighten them ourselves but of course not something we should really be doing. Appreciate this is more than likely the fault of the delivery company.”

“The rating would have been 5 if the assembly insrtuctions for the product (rasperry beetle trap) had been more satisfactory. They need considerable work, expansion and bigger print for old eyes.”

“Needed to make a diy raised bed frame and purchased items from your store. Not all items I brought was compatible (my mistake) but managed to find a solution. It would be useful if you could possibly supply your flexible hoop fittings (aluminium ones) the same as the black flexible ones I purchased. Apart from that all good. Just need to saught out a netting.”
