I am sorry to hear that you are yet to receive your order. Unfortunately, as a result of the Royal Mail strikes we are seeing longer than usual delivery times with some orders.

“This has been my second order with Gardening Naturally. The products are good and the service from GD is fine. However, on both occasions there have been serious delays caused by DHL their chosen courier for 'awkward' shapes. In the first case, the goods were located but somehow could not be delivered in the last leg and were eventually returned to GD. It was a birthday present and so there was disappointment allround as well as the inconvenience and need for a refund. I decided to try again and this time the problem was 'just' a delay of a week or so stuck in DHL's system, requiring 'only' two chasing calls to DHL with attendant long waits and confusions. PLEASE CHANGE YOUR COURIER or you risk losing an otherwise happy customer.”

“The item arrived later than expected but it was during a postal strike. It was also broken. I was promptly given a refund and an apology. I don't think they could have done any more although I was disappointed.”

“I have only ordered one item so far, and still await its arrival, hence this 3 star rating. I feel very pleased that I have found this website as I very much wish to garden without chemicals. The items and information offered look very comprehensive and also very interesting. I am looking forward to keeping an eye out for your product news so have signed up for the newsletter.”

“The products including a Peace Rose we’re mostly just fine but putting the carrot seeds in with a damp plant?’ Not a good idea - they hot damp. The delivery people did not ring the bell but just left the parcel containing the rose outside the door and sent me a text saying they’re left it in a safe place! Not good. We were in, sitting by the open front window and they must have known we were there. Sheer laziness.”

“My first order of netting from Gardening Naturally was perfect. The second order wasn't as good. unfortunately, it was two smaller parts joined together - which didn't work for my needs.”

“My order of nematodes should have been delivered every 4 weeks but I received them all at once. Sent a free returns label which I duly used. Now I just have to wait and see if the second batch arrives at the end of the month”

“Happy with the products but not with the packaging. For a company apparently trading on environmental credentials, there was an unbelievably large amount of sticky tape used to seal a simple plastic bag and therefore make it impossible to re-use. Paper packaging would have been perfectly acceptable for the items I ordered. Shame on you.”

“I was generally happy with the service but the both pre-cut lengths of veggie mesh I purchased did not have square ends which made it difficult to secure them to a square frame. It looked to me to be caused by whatever machine was cutting them to size distorting one of the corners each time”

“Excellent Website. Checkout was straightforward, however trying to pay was very difficult. Authentication was difficult from my bank and then having obtained the one-time code did not seem to be accepted by your system. I've just tried to buy some further items today 8th June and it was even more tortuous! I gave up in the end. Perhaps it is to do with the internet and speed. I don't have any problems on other websites even with authentication.”

“Whilst I am pleased with the quality of the 4m x 3m Premium cage I must say that I was initially disappointed after seeing it firstly on the internet and assuming it came as pictured with a door that I would be receiving just that. I then realised that I would have to spend a further £104 + to purchase a door, so well fed up with that.”
