“My order arrived within the 3 days. The fruit/veg cage was very easy to assemble and is quite sturdy. However, the netting that came with the fruit/veg cage was not wide enough but it was easy to contact them via email to explain the problem. I had a reply the following morning apologising for the inconvenience and asking me to measure the width and take a photo, which I duly did. As I had already ordered replacement netting I was offered a refund for the original netting and free delivery for my new order without any hassle. Thank you Gardening Naturally for your prompt response and action. One very happy customer.”

“Ordered netting early this month, was meant to be delivered June 4th, it is now 24th June and it still hasn't arrived. Gardening Naturally are aware of the issue with DX delivery, and offered to send another net out, but haven't got back to me. The netting was for a time dependent experiment and this has been delayed due to needing bird protection.”

“The hoops and net covers work well and (so far!) seem to be offering good protection. I think the finer mesh covers are worth getting as I did spot a small butterfly that had got through the soft insect netting (it got out again and wasn't a cabbage white, which is what I'm trying to keep out). Everything seems very well made and I hope to be using it for a long time. :-)”
