“Products are good but the delivery was not - initially told it would be delivered on Monday 9th March, was even texted a delivery time - but no-one showed and no message forthcoming. Checked tracking next day, informed "my" request to change delivery had been received, package would now be delivered on Wednesday. Well Wednesday came and went, no delivery, no message. Again, checked tracking as no message from courier, same message - my new delivery date (not requested by me) would be Friday. OK so went shopping Thursday, checked emails on my return and saw that I had been sent a message from courier (at 12.50pm) telling me delivery would now be today between 5-7pm, so fortunately I was at home to receive it. Not impressed, room for improvement I would say!”

We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to receive conflicting updates and delays. While we work closely with our courier partners to provide accurate delivery information, once an order has left our warehouse, the delivery process is managed by the courier and unfortunately outside of our direct control. That said, this is not the level of service we want our customers to experience. We will be sharing your feedback with the courier to help improve communication and reliability going forward.
