“Have had many orders from Gardening Naturally now and all have been great - fruit cage, netting, spray and Nemaslug - wouldn't start planting out the seedlings without that!”

“The website didn't show there was no stock of the item. Other suppliers did, which gave the chance to look elsewhere. The slugs/snails had decimated all plants by the time it was available. However, when queried the company was very apologetic and offered a refund immediatly. Also, instead of two packages ordered, only one has been dispatched, but again they apologised and sent the missing item first class. Mistakes happen, and I would place my order again with this company.”

“We ordered nematodes which we had never used before. When we ordered it was clearly explained that they would not be available until mid May. They arrived on the due date with clear instructions for their use. What else could we have asked for?”

“Good offering of products, but we ordered a large delivery of soil and it was really hard to understand how and when it was going to be delivered because it's just outsourced to a 3rd party. It was confusing talking to different members of the team because they couldn't be clear on if we might be able to have the soil delivered onto our side entrance - which has clear access and would have saved us considerable work and time.”

“The customer service is very good. They found me a nematodes product quickly, in spite of stock shortages in the UK generally. They updated me regularly and delivered on time. The product was actually better quality than the Nemaslug brand too. I would heartily recommend Gardening Naturally.”
