“Nematodes: Not clear bold indication that this product needs refrigeration and sold what looks like old stock. Don't not need them until mid-May. Probably ruined.”

“The tool I bought is good quality, came sensibly wrapped, arrived very quickly by Royal Mail, which means it was delivered to my door rather than being thrown in the front garden like another delivery service which I won't name!”

“The product I ordeed arrived in good time and in good order. It would have been helpful if the minimum temperature for application to the soil had been stated on the catalogue. I solved it by heaving all my plant pots into the greenhouse to wam up for a week before the nematode application was made.”

Hi, Thanks for your review, I will pass this along to our product development team. The listings will have a recommended temperature requirement for the nematodes but this is only an approximate. Please let us know if you have any other questions. Kind regards Gardening Naturally
