“As usual, the company has delivered on time and the product packed well, even though condensation wetted the inside package opening it up and nemotodes escaping! Could happen to any packaging but the items were captured and restored to the main pack. As yet I've not used this product but I cannot see any problems.”

“All good, but the jute sheet was a bit expensive.”

“I bought butterfly netting. It's so much better than the stuff I had been using. It is softer, so easier to fold, store and use. As there aren't many butterflies about yet I can't comment of the effectiveness, but as the mesh siz is the same as my old netting it should work ok.”

“Good quality veg cage tubes, unfortunately one was damaged (by the courier I assume) and the packet of tube netting clips was 1 short of the 50 ordered. Can you change from using plastic wrapping tape, there are good alternatives now. Overall very satisfied with the service and quality of what was bought”

“Very useful range of products and quick delivery. I just bought the jute nets. I can get a couple of years out of them if I take them down and store after cropping. I like not putting nylon or plastic net in landfill.”

“Excellent firm. Delighted to try the new slug nematodes in gel. Much easier than mixing up the powder form. Would love to see the same for vine weevils.”

“Delivery, packaging were fine. The plant labels are cheap, flimsy, tear easily, and are rather a disappointment.”

Hi, I'm sorry to hear this. These are an industry standard plastic plant label and have been selling them for many years and haven't had any negative feedback previously. If they aren't suitable you are more than happy to return these for a full refund. Do let us know if you require any further assistance. Kind regards

“Good product, delivered promptly. Shame it was wrapped in a huge amount of plastic. Previous orders have arrived in cardboard which is much more sustainable.”
