“I can’t report on the efficacy of the nematodes supplied as it is too early to tell but the standard of service and the communication was excellent. The cheaper nematodes I ordered weren’t available so a little slip of paper with a message explaining that they had not wanted to let me down and had sent a more expensive type at their cost. How kind.”

“I ordered my slug nematodes in advance. As soon as they were available they were shipped out. I actually received a brand that was more expensive than those I paid for, but gardening naturally wanted to make delivery sooner so sent out the ones they had despite the price. Now I sleep easy knowing my hosta are not being nibbled.”
