“I only ordered a catalogue, which arrived within a couple of days. However had previously tried to visit, what their website suggested was a garden centre, to find it was just an office dealing with mail order!”

Hi, I am very sorry to see this. Unfortunately it says on Google search that we are a Garden Centre, we aren't able to amend this, however we have tried. We don't mention that we are a Garden centre on our website, as we are only an office and a warehouse location at this time. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions. “Nowwhere near as good as they used to be. Stay away from their own brand nematodes - they don't work and then they will give you a load of techno babble telling you it's your fault and you clearly don't understand how to use the product. They used to care.”
