“I normally use this company for my nematodes to deal with pesky leather jackets. Always a pleasant easy transaction. A problem occured this time and it seems I somehow forgot to put my house number on the order, so it could not be delivered. Company have been brilliant and sent the order out again as a measure of goodwill because I have used them before. Brilliant customer service, Thank you so much I really appreciate it . Thoroughly recommend both the company and their products x”

“I've been using Veg and Fruit nematodes for two seasons now. They appear to work very well and I will now start to use slug nematodes as well after an apparenltly succesful trial. They always arrive in lightening speed from the order being placed”

“I rearranged the deliver and note that it has been received by Martin. This is not the case as I am Martin and the picture shows it left at my front door not in the safe place which is behind my gate. The parcel is no longer there where the driver left it and I do not have it.”
