“i purchased the slug nematodes after clearing a fallow raised bed of weeds etc as part of the preparation to grow tomatoes there. Whilst clearing the bed i noticed several slugs and decided that nematodes were the answer to eliminating them. Too early yet for a result ,but ever hopeful . Linda Smith”

“Service was excellent. When returned by royal mail with an incomplete address I contacted Sales and the lady was very helpful and a short discussion on new delivery date. The order was received the next day. Thank you and compliments to Sales.”

“The nematodes for fungus gnats arrived safely. As first time buyers of nematodes, we followed the instructions carefully and applied them to our houseplants, really not sure if we'd got it right or even if it would work. But yes, we saw less gnats flying around pretty well immediately. We then dug out our summer buzz bug mosquito zapper which got rid of the gnats that had already hatched before applying the nematodes. The numbers zapped went down each day until they'd all gone. Brilliant! We plan to switch the zapper on every few days or so to check for any reinfestation. Thank you Gardening Naturally.”

“What started as a minor problem with fungus fly, after treatment with nematodes has now developed into an infestation after total reliance on the product. How long should I wait for it to be effective?”

Hi, I am very sorry to hear this. If the area is severe, we would recommend a few doses of the nematodes to help target the infestation. You should see a reduction of pest in a few days after applications, however if it is more servere, it may not be that the nematodes haven't worked, more that they have reduced what they can, however if there are varying life cycles, more than 1 application will be required. Please elt us know if you have any other questions. Kind regards Gardening Naturally

“The buying process of the product was quick and easy. Unfortunately the main item I bought (a willow trellis) was broken when it arrived. The thin end had smashed branches, pictures attached. Apart from that the product is great and the service too. I would like to receive a voucher or small compensation to account for the damage.”

“I ordered some screening for my greenhouse.I had to order the fixing clips separately, and when it arrived there were NO instructions or advise on how to put the screening up.”

Hi, I am very sorry to see this. Unfortunately we don't advise on how the windbreak can be attached as it can vary on whether you would like to attach to wooden sleepers or a panel of a greenhouse and this would vary from item. The greenhouse insulation clips are mainly used with our greenhouse insultation kits which would contain instructions on how to fit, however when bought seperately, they don't include instructions as can be used in a variety of reasons. I will pass the comments along to our product development team so that they are aware of the feedback. Please let us know if you have any other questions. Kind regards Gardeniong Naturally
