“It would be helpful to a beginner like me if you explained the best way to put the netting on and to secure it. Puting the spikes in the ground do not fill me with confidence.”

“Would have been 4 star had it not been for some poor customer service especially when compared to other companies with whom I have recently had dealings. The speed of reply to queries was good but the execution of a resolution was poor. 16th April. As a result of this review I was contacted by Debbie from gardening naturally and my issue was resolved within 24 hours. Thanks to Debbie for sorting it quickly. Just for clarity, I have no issues with the quality of the purchases so far and were it not for this hiccup in customer services, my review would have been higher scoring. I will be using this company again.”

“Ideal plant caddy to wheel around large heavy pot plant outside. Easy to move in and out of the shade as required. Has sturdy little wheels which can be locked. The dark grey looks good under my light grey pots.”

“Disappointed with the mesh I purchased, advertised as ultra fine, but actually it is not.”

Helpful Report

Posted 1 year ago

Hi, I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the product. The Ultrafine Veggiemesh netting is listed as ultrafine as the mesh size is smaller than our standard Veggiemesh, with the Ultrafine being 0.8mm x 0.8mm and the standard Veggiemesh hole size is 1.35mm x 1.35mm, there is not a noticeable difference in the mesh unless you have a piece of standard Veggiemesh, when held together the Ultrafine is noticeably finer mesh by hole size. If you would no longer like the product, this can be returned to us for a refund if the mesh is in an unused, resaleable condition. Please let us know if you have any other questions. Kind regards Gardening Naturally
