“The nematodes arrived on the day I had ordered them. Well packed and fast delivery.”

“Excellent service, and after sales enquiry. Goods arrived damaged, post office blamed seller!! Not convinced as damaged looked as if happened during sorting, punctured nema quick packet. Informed customer service , advised better packaging for transport, and replacement offered. However as some was salvaged used and therefore reimbursement sent.”

The fleece weight is greater than thre standard packs in garden centers, thereby offering greater protection to your plants, plus it lasts longer. Great price means better value for my money. “Bought 10 apple biodegradable trays.Was dissapointed as so thin and not strong enough, also can not be stacked to save space.Something like the egg boxes would be the stronger option when put into the tray shape. I did expect a far greater item from Gardening Naturally.”

“I ordered 2 different Nematodes . One for Ants and one for Leatherjackets. They arrived together on the 20th September The latter had a use by date of 14th Oct but the Ants had a date of 24th Sept. As we were away from the 19th Sep for 1 week following they are now out of date and assume effectively useless. So not happy at all to get short dated product.”
