The wool pellets I ordered arrived very quickly. Excellent service. However, the nematodes have not arrived yet. I phoned the office and they told me that they will be dispatched today (17 May), i ordered them 2 weeks ago. It is fine but we should have been told that the order was going to be late/delayed. The person on the phone was very polite and helpful.
