“I was told my item was out for delivery on 3 separate days. I called on third day as it had not arrived and was told, without an apology, that it was still on its way. It finally arrived after the scheduled time of delivery on the third day. Also there was no facility to track the delivery myself. That said the item I received was exactly what I expected, a good quality garden table cover.”

“Quick to respond to my order on 26 April, but after 13 weeks of waiting I still don't know if it is on its way. I know we are in difficult times but in the meantime I have ventured into a local store complete with mask and bought what I need. So a full refund would now be more welcome.”
