“Purchasing on site was ok, never got any confirmation of purchase, got delivery information, delivery times kept changing but nothing was delivered on the day, next day informed that delivery will arrive by 1800, not holding my breath, tried to contact customer service by phone, kept getting the same message, dealing with high volume of calls, even outside their opening times, directed to send email.”

“This swing seat cover was ordered Friday and arrived Tuesday. I was kept informed of the delivery and the courier advised me of a two hour time slot. All of this worked well for me. The swing seat cover appears to be strong, is generous in size and looks good value for money. I am pleased with the ordering process, payment, delivery and quality would recommend”

“I ordered a rain cover for a pato table. Next day I received an email saying that it would be delivered the following day. Two days later it had still not arrived. I phoned the courier and was told that the cover had not been dispatched. I phoned Sixty stores but the phone was not answered. The following day I started reading reviews of Sixty Stores and realised that I am not alone with this problem. The overall service has been poor!”
