“I ordered a garden furniture cover on Thursday 5 October and received an email to say I would be sent another email when the order was shipped. 3 days later at the weekend at mid-day on Sunday 8 October, I received an email NOT to say the order had been shipped but to ask me to rate my online shopping experience for a chance to WIN a £100 gift card. So here it is - the delivery was not made on time and I have no idea who Gardenfurniturecovers will select as the courier. The condition of the ordered item is unknown since it has not been shipped and who knows how long the delivery will take since I have not been kept informed. Finally, how can I review a product I have not received? Perhaps Gardenfurniturecovers could focus on shipping orders promptly instead of sending ridiculous requests for feedback ON A WEEKEND and before the order has been completed. Put the horse before the cart, please. Not impressed.”

“Very pleased with the covers, would have been excellent review based on second order which arrived the very next day but the main order took 4.5 weeks. Had response to enquire though website but given no useful information and have never received order or delivery confirmation. Make sure you take a note of your order No.”

“2 stars only unfortunately: Whilst I hope the product is exactly what I require, I have had no email confirmation of order email, and there was no option to create a log-in to your website so other than you having taken my money, I am waiting on trust that you have the order in hand. Fingers crossed! Graham And, the order has not arrived yet so I cannot fill in the rest of this form very well.”
