“We initially received the wrong item but the problem was soon resolved with the correct item being despatched but not until the original item had been received by the seller .which meant a delay .”

“Despatched wrong product and refused to replace until wrong product returned. Really disappointing customer service. Unable to phone-no answer. Asked for phone call by email but then they carried on communication by email which was really frustrating.”

“excellent quality , arrived this am and put it to use straight away, my round table and 4 chairs well protected from to elements . It has its own pouch when not in use . Well packed and would strongly recommend this product and the company itself.”

“Reasonable quality for price paid but is an inch or two short in depth on my two standard size 3seater benches so leaves the feet open to the elements A couple of more inches would have made it perfect”

“Placed my order. Two days later received the wrong product. Contacted customer services who accepted they had sent the wrong thing but have refused to send the correct product until they have collected the product they sent in error. Three times they asked to collect the product, three times I’ve said yes but am still awaiting collection. They are now refusing to cancel my order and reimburse me so they have £80 of my money and I don’t have the product I ordered. Awful customer service. Wouldn’t touch them again with a barge pole purely out of principle. I cannot understand why you would penalise your customer and not deliver the product that was ordered because you have accidentally sent out the wrong product. Can’t get my head around it. So poor.”
