“Delivered the wrong item and would not refund me until they had picked up my parcel (I sent them a photo of the item). As this is for my holiday lodge I said there would be nowhere for them to collect it from here so I now have to take it home and wait almost a week for them to collect it and get my refund. Not happy at all as the whole point was to have it delivered to my lodge and I will be going home next Monday so no time to re-order.”

“0/10. After 6-months is use the cover is so badly UV damaged that the material is weakened beyond use. No resolution from customer services yet.”

“This review is not based on the quality of the product which is very good but the very poor performance of their delivery service provider. Who does not give enough notice of the delivery time and when you re-arrange delivery, send you a text to say another failed drop off, but the driver did not call at the door and when challenged said sorry goods, not on the van. I, therefore, had to re-arrange the delivery again wasting more time having to stay in. This is the second time deliveries have been botched by the provider. Happened in September as well.”

“Great product and price had to get the larger on to cover area we wanted because we have a bigger corner unit Put the cover on a couple of days ago and just tucked the extra fabric underneath legs of sofa and table does the job Regarding delivery next day at no extra cost and came at correct time stated by courier”
