“Very disappointed in this companies adherence to their terms and conditions. I won't buy any of their products in future. The 3-4 seater heavy duty outdoor seat cover (W1606) with a 5 year warranty label started wearing through after two winters, and before three years old it had five worn & torn areas. The company say the product only had a 1 year warranty - yet the packaging (that I still have) - clearly states a 5 year Guarantee. Why would I have paid £44.99 instead of under £20 for their cheapest equivalent ?”
