“Received a review survey before being informed that the item had fallen out of stock! However, I was advised by email of an alternative, albeit not what I needed, but an alternative was available and on request by email was ordered in place of the original. So, good communication, and although replacement item not yet received, I am content that the ordering process and follow up is very effective.”

“A good Company to buy Garden Furniture Covers from. Well priced and free delivery. However our experience with their Delivery Company was not positive as the Courier just threw the package over our fence onto our back patio. We were out at the time had no prior knowledge of them coming as no email confirmation and they didn't even bother to leave the item with our neighbours.”
