“The order process was straightforward and information provided regarding a delayed delivery quite specific and clear. However, when attempting to chase the delivery, it was impossible to contact the company using the telephone number provided. The call resulted in a "circular" process repeating the same options. The email contact form was also rejected twice. Searching for an alternative email address I eventually gained a response advising of a further slight delay. The purchased item has since been delivered. However the contact process requires urgent improvement. On this basis, the rating provided is probably still generous.”

“Delivery was reasonably quick, and the product itself (garden furniture cover) looks and feels substantial. It fitted well and so far has proved to be waterproof.”

“very rare I write a review saying a product isn't as described but feel cheated that the picture and description show the attached pictures on the website. Described and shown as having eyelets and heavy duty tie(s) on all 4 corners. The product we were sent did not, just having the one set of corner eyelets and one toggle tie, which to be fair I could have purchased for less from another well known site, for cheaper. Reason for going with this product is having the 4 corner eyelets protects the cover from lifting when very windy, something we changed for before, so feel this is a misrepresentation of the product received...”

“It’s a shame that getting a favourable review is so important, the website and purchasing experience was just fine it’s just a shame the foods haven’t actual arrived yet! There not late but somebody should change the trigger point for sending out the emails asking for a review until their delivery system actual delivers the goods!”

“Good, no hassle, quick delivery and the patio set cover I purchased appears to be of good quality rather than the normal thin tarpaulin... BUT ... dont' like to give full & glorious feedback otherwise I feel they might stop trying to improve.”
