“Informed of attempt to deliver. Rang and told closed for a week. No collection possible. It would have helped if there was sn option ti leave or they had rung me ad I was only out for a short time. I am in a safe residential area and would accept the delivery risk. Fortunately it is not urgent. Happy Nw Year to all.Alex”

“Not happy with your customer service department we ordered a 225 cm cover and received a188cm cover and now we have to wait until Thursday the 9th till we get the right cover”

“Cover receive quickly and as per order, however, elasticated fixing is not sufficient to secure cover down for windy days. Disappointing”

“I bought the first cover as a tester which worked well. So I tried to buy two more on line. Fault in the payment system so I tried calling. Took time and several attempts to get through. Get cut off after holding on waiting. The lady I eventually spoke to said they don't do telephone orders and promptly hung up on me. Poor customer service skills. Product good, service a shocker.”

“I ordered my garden furniture covers on 26th October, thinking it was next day delivery - I still haven’t received them!”

“We bought 2 large covers for our garden furniture, a small square casual dining cover and a 10 seater rectangular patio set cover. The material looks sturdy which is good. The drawstring and spring clip that holds the drawstring tight are next to useless. The covers will blow away in the slightest wind. The cord is very thin and difficult to pull on. The cord is obviously fed through several metres of material and there is no way of pulling the cord tight to pull the cover in at the bottom to secure it. The spring clip supplied to hold the pulled cord is not strong enough to grip the thin pullcord. So in summary the cover material is good but no thought has been put into how it is secured. I can only assume that whoever designed it never tried to fit it to furniture. As the cover material is good I'm going to purchase strong spring clips to secure it to the furniture.”

“I didn’t receive the item I ordered.I received something completely different and I have been informed that you will send me the correct item once you receive the returned item. I am just hoping I don’t have to wait a long time to receive the correct item as it is needed sooner rather than later”

“My old covers had four ties to be attached to the legs of the bench. This did cause some problems as when the winds were exceptionally high and the bench was lifted and flung onto the garden 10 feet away. I solved this by weighting the bench down. The new covers have one draw string which means that any strong wing will lift the cover off. I have had to purchase a suitable length rope to tie the covers down and provide weighting for the bench. The draw string was not a positive addition.”

“Ordered a pop up pole to keep the rain off from puddling on the covers of my rattan furniture. So simple looks easy to do but what a price compared to the full retail price of the covers this is the dearest most expensive thing I have ever bought. Great idea but shame on you. What a profit margin”

“Hi just unpacked the item to put over the furniture and when I looked for and found the cord and button clip I noted the metal eye brass eyelet was detached from the hole and was torn and out of its position. Ie damaged please advise on my action next.”

“Bought a 3 metre parasol cover. You have to be a giraffe to get it on the parasol (I’m having to use the rake handle). And then you have to be a giraffe to reach the zip (I can’t). Ridiculous.”

“Difficult to review a product not yet received. Confirmatory email said I would receive tracking information once shipped. No email received so not able to track. Apc then failed to deliver next day as your website states. Ordered Tuesday still not received Friday unless it’s sitting on my doorstep when I get home from work.”

“I was given a delivery time waited in with 2 young children on a hot day waited and waited then got email to say he’d been but he didn’t knock or post sorry I missed you again said they would deliver on the Wednesday told them I was working to leave in cupboard next to front door they didn’t no card again now I’m waiting to hear when they are coming back to deliver very disappointing”
