“Excellent customer service. One item was not delivered from the warehouse. I contacted the customer service number and it was a delight to speak with a person. Matter rectified straightaway, notwithstanding the Covid-19, the customer service was so efficient and I received the small chair cover within two days. I think this is an excellent service.”
