“Easy to follow Ordering Proces with rapid acknowledgement followed by next-day delivery from The APC. However, trying to access The APC Delivery App, I inadvertently put in my GFC Order Number. The App needs the CONSIGNMENT Number - so obviously the Delivery App failed to operate. The APC Delivery Notification email correctly requests the Consignment Number which is provided within their email. My suggestion is that The APC Notification should Highlight the Consignment Number - it is easy to miss it as it is contained within the general Introduction and at this point, the only Number I had was the Order Number which doesn't work with the App. Entirely my fault but I bet I am not the only one.”

“Having placed my order on Friday morning I was expecting delivery on Saturday or Monday at the very latest. When I chased my order on Monday afternoon I was told my item was now out of stock until September. If I hadn't chased them I would not have known as no correspondence was sent to me. No goodwill gesture offered - just full refund if I don't want to wait that long. I will be looking elsewhere in future.”

“Really very good fast service. I unfortunately ordered the wrong size and they have organised to have the cover collected - I have now ordered and receive a bigger one already !! I hope the refund for the wrong one is as fast !”

“Very good quality fitted my whole 8 seater round set only down side is only has a pull cord on one side at the bottom which I cannot pull tight enough to keep it in place unfortunately cover blew off in a strong wind. Could help if it had straps on the bottom which you could wrap round chair legs or a strap you could wrap around the furniture”
