“Delivery method extremely inflexible so nothing has been delivered as APC dictate a 2 hour window when they will deliver and won’t leave with a neighbour or down the side.”

“I didn’t receive the item I ordered.I received something completely different and I have been informed that you will send me the correct item once you receive the returned item. I am just hoping I don’t have to wait a long time to receive the correct item as it is needed sooner rather than later”
