“This was the first time I have purchased from this company and I was very impressed! The quality of the cover was excellent - very robust, extremely well made and a very reasonable price. “It's very annoying to receive an email informing me that I recently made a purchase and asking me to review the product when I haven't received the product. It's products anyway. It makes me think that a company is more eager to get 5 star reviews under its belt than it is to provide a five star service. I have had no communication telling me when I'm likely to receive the products either. So you lose a star for not providing me with the products, and another for not communicating with me, and another for annoying me by asking for a review rather than asking me if my experience was OK FIRST, seeing if there's anything that needs putting right, and THEN asking for a review. I can only give you one star, as I have to hold the other one back for when the products arrive. I hope they do arrive, because if it doesn't you won't get that one - I can't give you zero stars.”
