“At the moment very poor I am afraid , still not received item, despite APC sending confirmation of despatch. Time of work unable to contact local branch , no parcel tracking . Contacted the company Sixty something, who said it had been despatch but it hasn’t . Chance to win £100 you should just give me £100 for all the time wasted and inconvenience waiting for something that didn’t come”
