“Driver vey polite and helpful.the wood for the Arbour was damp we have to dry before painting.The was wood not covred on the lorrywas damp on arrival. The quality of the wood was as expected "good" Paul Giles Woodbridge”

“Unexpectedly early delivery. But poor assembly instructions and one or two of the plastic location tabs were broken off on delivery. Not cheap for a plastic product.”

“Really helpful staff, and polite too. Three stars at the mo as we have had a coffee table delivered damaged, not once but twice now due to poor courier handling. Disappointing the first time but very annoying the second time. Repackaging these items is not straight forward. However, we are now waiting to hear back on resolving this latest problem. Will update when we know!”
