Very detailed itinerary, which is great. Lots of reassuring information available on the website, and since I have booked. The only thing I've been looking for and can't seem to find is the final date for paying in full? Not too much of a problem as I think I can email my Travel Co-ordinator, but it would be handy if this information was readily available.

Myself and my boyfriend have just booked a trip with gap360 and so far have no complaints whatsoever. The only issue we found was that the brochure and the website say different information so the best way to organise your trip is to call up and speak to a member of staff, other than that everything has been fab. The staff have been really helpful, friendly and supportive and have helped us to decide what's best for us. We're both really looking forward to our trip!

Thai adventure was amazing, didn't want to leave after 3 weeks! Fanta and Art are the best tour guides!

I had a brilliant time away!! Wish I could of stayed longer then 22 days! Bunny Run was a lovely, humble man. From cycling to swimming at banana island. It was brilliant. When he left us in sihanoukville, in enjoyed exploring for myself with my new friends. The annoying thing is we were going to go to another island for the day and night... But we couldn't due to being picked up at 8am! Which worked out a silly time as we went to our new place around 11am... We all found that we weren't being updated with when and where we were going by GAP360 We had to find out ourselves.. Making phone calls and wondering. Another downfall was the trekking... It wasn't a trek to me, it was more like a walk.. Going round in circles and coming back to nothing. Three English white girls and 7 Cambodian men, none of which spoke any English .. Naturally you will feel uncomfortable. As much as our tour guide on that trip was a nice guy... It just felt like he didn't want to be with us. So left us on or own accord for hours on end, only to speak to us when dinner was ready. Then left us again to get on with it. The volunteering was very rewarding, and the family were wonderful. I would of advise for the trekking to be cut out of it completely... As it felt very pointless and it was the last thing on our trip that we did... So not the best memory. I would of preferred a couple more days in sihanoukville. And one more day of volunteering. It's a very rural area that we went to for the volunteering, so in the day there isn't much to do. Maybe add a few more hours at the school Even so, I had a great time. And I plan to come back to Cambodia again.... Wonderful trip for first time goners like myself ! The last day, wonderful Kim from the boat trip helped us out with how we would get to the airport. He didn't have to, but he did. Overall.. Beautiful people and fantastic memories !

Trip of a lifetime. Gap360 done most of the work beforehand and provided me with a literary of what is roughly happening day by day. So no real stress there and put you in contact with a flights company to sort out your flights as well. You all you have to do is get on the plane and enjoy your trip and that's exactly what I done. I would recommend it to anyone who would want to experience the world and my choice was New Zealand. What an amazing time I had I can't put into to words and it's makes you want to stay and not leave. Plus when you come back it puts into perspective how good the place is and you can start planning for the next trip. If you are new to traveling and don't know exactly what you need to do for planning wise and other stuff, then pick gap360 to have a stress free trip. The travelling bug is real.

I am so glad that I chose to travel through Gap 360! I know that the trip I booked would have been quite a bit cheaper if I had gone directly to the place that I volunteered at, but booking through Gap 360 was worth the extra money. They let me pay in monthly instalments, and it was so so easy to book travel insurance and flights with them as well. I looked around a bit before buying my flights through Gap 360, but they were the cheapest option as well! My Travel Advisor did all the work for me, so I just paid for them and got sent the flight itinerary with all the details that I needed. I phoned him a few times to check some details and put my mind at rest (I had to take three flights to get there, 24 hours travelling so I was a bit nervous about going wrong) and he was so nice and reassuring. They know exactly what they're talking about as well, so having an actual conversation with an actual person was so helpful. Having said that, their website was great as well. Once I booked, I was given a login and password to access all of my details, with an itinerary and travel details, emergency contact details, travel insurance details, flight details and payment details. It made it so easy having everything I needed all in once place. The added comfort of having the option to talk to a person if I needed it made the overall customer experience that they provided 5 stars! Would definitely recommend to a friend!

I had an absolutely brilliant time on my two Gap360 trips (Buenos Aires Intro Week and BA to Rio Adventure)! So much was organised for me - transfers, flights, travel between countries, accommodation, activities etc... which made the experience really stress-free and relaxing. I met tons of amazing people from all over the world & packed so much in to my 4 weeks off work! Before my trip Gap360 gave me loads of information about what my trip would include, and answered all of my questions - however stupid! I felt really prepared - which was great as a first-time solo traveller. I'd definitely recommend Gap360 to anyone that wants to see the world! Cheers guys!

Quite simply the Grand European trip was the time of my life. I would definitely recommend to anyone. It had the right balance of culture, history, food, free time and party time.

I have had an amazing experience with gap 360. I decided only roughly a month an a half to do the Ultimate Oz program, and from the moment I rang them up, they were friendly, helpful and amazing to deal with. I have been confident the entire trip and was not nervous leading up to my departure - quite excited actually! Any questions I had were answered immediately, if not quickly, and to the point where I had no concerns about ANYTHING! The course and its contents were brilliant. At first, everyone is a little awkward, as you'd expect, but our group leaders broke down those barriers fairly quickly and soon everyone was getting along great, enjoying what was organised for us and generally having a good time. Even now it's over, I'm now travelling with a few of the people from my group, have plans to skydive with some of the others and hope to stay in contact with even more to maybe meet up in the future. Wake-up hostel in very big and busy and I found it a great starting place, though I chose not to stay there longer due to it being a bit pricey. Very clean, though, and all the facilities you'd need. All in all, highly recommend, a great start to what I hope will be a great year and couldn't ask for more considering the very reasonable price! Thank you!!!
