“I felt that the tour was extremely well planned and although problems did occur our tour guide JJ was very quick to sort everything out. “Gap 360 made me happy by regularly updating me on the progress of my application. Their emails always sound cheery and exciting instead of focusing on the serious parts of the trip (which are very important and they give you all the important details you need) but it gets you hyped for the trip when they sound enthusiastic. Also, it feels personal as though you are messaging someone you know.
Whenever I have emailed with a query, it is always answered within the same day (normally the same hour too!)
I felt the price of the trip was very satisfactory.
