“From initial enquiry through order and then delivery it was totally hassle free. At one point I phoned and was amazed the call was answered promptly by a real person (unusual these days). The chairs were bought were excellent as well and arrived four days after they were ordered.”

“An online search for seat pads took me to Fusion. I am wary about online shopping especially from a company I am not familiar with. I ordered two seat pads and delighted with the quality and speed of delivery I would recommend and shop at Fusion Living again.”

“One of the best customer services I’ve ever dealt with ! Super quick response and really helpful and friendly. I needed my order amended and it was such a quick and easy process. Delivery was good and the chair I ordered looks amazing ! Carley was the one who helped me out and she couldn’t have been any better :)”

“Hi I'm from France so I will write better in French, j'ai commandé toutes mes chaises tulipe noir sur ce site , qualité super, prix excellent, et livraison nickel, mais le plus important c'est le service consommateurs, whaou des gens très réactif et à l'écoute, je suis vraiment étonné par la qualité de ce site, je recommanderais sûrement encore, merci beaucoup”

“Great prouct at a great price! Service very good, but would have been “excellent” if the dispatch email was clearer and the link to the courier actually worked. Overall great experience though, thanks Fusion Living.”

“Great item, terrible customer service item was 3 weeks late, had to call to see where item was, every time was promised the next week then when didn’t arrive I had to call them, this happened 3 times, didn’t contact me at any point to inform me of what was happening!”

Hello Chantelle, We're sorry you feel this way about your experience with us. When you placed your order on February 6th this product was on pre-order for February 20th which would have been stated on the website and your order confirmation. There was a slight delay in the shipment of stock to us however you were advised of this via email. We looked further into this and can see that the email address provided to us on your order is missing the '.' in .co.uk, this may be the issue for you feeling there was a lack of communication on our part. We were unaware of this issue as we didn't have any bounce backs from the incorrect email address. This isn't our usual standard of service and we hope you can appreciate that this was a miscommunication. Best Wishes, Fusion Living
