“Lovely choice of product. I bought 2 chairs which match beautifully with a table I recently bought. The only minor issue was a lack of written instructions for building. The diagrams are quite difficult to make out.”

“Very good reliable service. I was sent a confirmation email and the order was dispatched within a couple of days. It was well packed and I was informed by fusion when delivery would be as well as by dpi. Everything was there and the chair was perfect. A great service. I would purchase goods from here again thank you !”

“looked lovely on ad, the delivery guy was great, I opened the box & did 1 chair fine, the other 1 of the screws wouldn’t go in it was faulty & 2 small marks on both cushions, not too pleased when I paid £110 each.”

“I sent for a ‘Ghost stool’ which is a stylish rather beautiful thing. However it arrived rattling around in a huge cardboard box with no wrapping around it at all. Fortunately it wasn’t damaged or I haven’t noticed any damage so far. But it’s an expensive item and I would have expected it to be wrapped like a piece of bone china. I spoke to a very nice woman on the phone who was very apologetic but it took the shine off things a little.”

“We bought a tulip-shaped marble table and ghost chairs, and as the picture shows, it looks absolutely stunning. Very good quality and price. Customer service is exceptional. Thanks to Carley for so much attention from start to finish. The delivery guys Matt and Ian are exceptional and very helpful. We couldn’t be happier for this Christmas.
