I was kept informed when my chair would be dispatched & delivered. It arrived a little later than the time slot allocated. The chair was well packaded. However my main problem was there were no instruction to put the chair together & it was fiddly to assemble. I seem to be left with 4 smalk screws but not sure where these go?
