Very disappointed paid for my item 22 January today 4 February and have not received item and no contact from company. Will be taken it further for a refund

I wrote a review for 2 weeks ago - that the product had not arrived and no follow-up information was provided. I am still in the same situation - the purchased item has not been delivered, while the order was placed over 1.5 month ago.

I places an order on 3 September. The item was due to be shipped on 30 September. Still no table, no notification of shipment nor any other correspondance. Ironically, a request to review the service. Well, it is non-existant, hence one star.

Very dissatisfied with the service I have received a floor lamp was delivered without the legs and the company will not send the legs so I have a lampshade and nothing else. A very expensive lamp. Do not buy products from this company. I do not recommend them.

Thank you for leaving a review and we’re really sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with the service received. We have spent time looking at your order and as you know, we delivered to you on 7th December 2019 and the first we were notified of your missing component was in early February which was 7 weeks later. Unfortunately, in this situation due to the length of time after your delivery and us being notified we could not help to resolve this as we do ask that we are notified of any delivery errors (missing items or incorrect items) within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Item arrived clearly used, and in a dirty condition, and smelt awful. I cleaned it up, and was happy to accept it providing a reasonable discount was given...I would rather this than have to source packaging, and further my carbon foot print by returning it. I was offered £30, off a £160 lamp. The item was in a clearly used condition, and it is no way acceptable to expect someone to pay £130 for it. They then offered a full refund provided I return it in the original packaging, which they knew I didn't have, as I stated that with my initial correspondence. It seems this has happened to a few people, from reading the reviews, makes me wonder if they are selling graded products as used. In any case I would have been writing a positive review, had we been able to come to a reasonable agreement on a partial refund. I asked for £50 off, which I think makes £100 for a badly used lamp a more than fair price.

Good Afternoon, Thank you for your review and we are sorry that you have left this as a 1 star review. When we received your email late on the evening of 11th November, we responded to you first thing on the morning of 12th November to acknowledge the faults you had reported and we straightaway offered to send out a brand new lamp to you and also collect the faulty one as we wanted to ensure you were happy with the product and for you to receive one in perfect condition. At that point you then said you had cleaned it up and had thrown away all of the packaging and you requested a discount and said you were happy to live with it. We offered you £25 discount initially and you said you would like more and were looking for £50. We responded to say that the most we could offer was £30 or we could still deliver a brand new lamp to you and collect the faulty one, but as per our terms, the faulty lamp would need to be packaged in the original packaging, which you said you had thrown away. We would of course like to resolve this for you and we will contact you again directly so we can discuss this with you. Best wishes Fusion Living

Very bad. Chair has still not arrived and was booked to be delivered on Friday. I needed it for a dinner party!

Thank you for your patience with this and for all the information you provided that we passed to the driver. I ordered two brass and marble side tables totalling £600 pounds. I left them packaged for two weeks as I am renovating my property. When I opened the package one of the marble tops was cracked. I've been refused a replacement top because it was 16 days after delivery that I reported the problem rather than 14 days. I took pictures of the top with the packaging next to it right away and sent them to fusion living. A replacement top will be £136! Poor customer service.

We do try our very best to accommodate any replacements and returns and our terms state that we should be notified within 14 days of any damage.
