“Expensive, yes, but the man on the end of the ‘phone and Adam who came late on a Bank Holiday Monday in the pouring rain were empathetic, kind, friendly and charming. Adam was extremely professional, did an excellent job and arrived within 30 minutes. The AA would have charged about £100 less but would have been unable to come until the next morning! I am extremely grateful for the professionalism and kindness shown by the employees of Fuel Fixer who bailed me out after making a stupid human error. Thank you!”

“This may not be the correct address to send this particular e mail to so, if not, would you please forward it to the correct address to ensure that your Engineer receives the recognition he deserves? Yesterday (Saturday) your Engineer “Michael” came to our “rescue” in Morrisons Petrol Station in Kirkcaldy after I filled my diesel car with petrol. Whilst everyone at Fuel Fixer that I was in contact with were very helpful, professional and supportive Michael (the Engneer who attended us) is a STAR!. Not only because he quickly and professionally solved the problem, but because he is without doubt one of the most polite, friendly, helpful, cheerful (the list just goes on) individuals I have ever met. Two examples of the quality of his work. • My car was parked adjacent to the air & water service point, partly obscuring access to persons wishing the check their car’s tyre pressures,. Michael, without hesitation, held the air line fully extended and in position so that customers could still use the air line, all the while chatting with the car owners. • Without hesitation and unbeknown to me (I was in the toilet) Michael pushed my car back into the forecourt so that it could be re-filled with the correct fuel. • Whilst the wrong fuel was being drained, I offered to pay the balance of this work (to save him some time). He politely declined saying that he would only accept the balance after the car had been re-filled, started, and running correctly for a period of time and to his satisfaction. I’ll say it again. He is a star and a major asset to your company. If this level of performance and efficiency is the standard at which your Company operates then I commend you on this success however Michal’s friendliness and general character puts him well above the normal. He is a major asset to your company. Please ensure that he reives the recognition he deserves by ensuring he is made aware of my gratitude. Thanks Ray Wilson (Margaret's husband)”
