The service is very quick to get the star, however, the customer service is really poor. I have still not received my star pack after 3 weeks now and after a few emails, I still have not had any response. I have bought stars in the past and been delighted with the service, hence I returned to purchase another, but thoroughly disappointed this time hence why only 3 stars and not 5.

Very good service. Easy to upgrade or make more of a personal choice. Informative emails advising of what would happen next & when the registry was updated & the paper pack sent out. Would definitely use again & recommend as a unique gift

Your website was easy to navigate through giving you options all the way. Once the order was completed it was a fast delivery service with emails stating all the process. On delivery my product was well packed and looks amazing

Quality of certificate was poor for the overall price paid. Very flimsy. Took a long time to arrive. Was in a basic envelope so all got damaged as weather was wet

I am extremely happy with the framed product and presentation. Loved it. Had issues with external delivery company Evri, but this is nothing to do with the sky registry. Thankyou skyregistry
