“Really disappointed to be honest. Wanted a star for my daughters friend who died months before her 18th birthday. Paid extra for a bright star. We've been given one near the south Pole which Will never be visible in the northern hemisphere. Was supposed to give my daughter some comfort. Too embarrassed to give her it now.”

“the naming of the star and the added description were very easy and in my case very special. the process was as fast or slow as you wanted it to be. i hope never to have to name another star but if i do then this will be the place to do it. the printouts regarding the star itself were fascinating and easy to print and now sit proudly on my fireplace. all done online professionally.”

“The service is very quick to get the star, however, the customer service is really poor. I have still not received my star pack after 3 weeks now and after a few emails, I still have not had any response. I have bought stars in the past and been delighted with the service, hence I returned to purchase another, but thoroughly disappointed this time hence why only 3 stars and not 5.”
